If you’ve just purchased your TJ, we’d recommend looking at a budget boost (also known as a spacer) lift. This is an easy to install kit that will normally give you about two inches of lift, and be enough to easily fit 31 inch tires (you can fit 33s with this, if you do not plan on offroading).
